Delivered to Northwest Orient Airlines as N478US in 1966. To National Airlines as N604NA in 1979 who merged into Pan Am in 1980. To International Executive Aircraft in 1982, Beneficial Finance Leasing Company in 1985 and Dallah Avco in 1986. Reregistered as HZ-DG1 in 1987. To Dallah al Baraka in 1993 then to Air Rum as C5-GAE in 2006 then to Royal Air in 2008. Withdrawn from use at Taba, Egypt by 2009. Still there in 2014.
