Built for the US Navy as 80404 in 1944. Sold as N7626C in 1958 and used for sky writing. Converted to a fire bomber in the early 60s then to the Weeks Air Museum in 1986 and restored to military configuration as a warbird. Badly damaged by Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Moved to Rialto, CA for restoration in 1993 then moved to Polk City, FL in 2002 and stored. This photo is copyright © Paul Seymour, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
