First flight July 27th 1972, and delivered new to Austrian Airlines as OE-LDI August 30th 1972. April 30 1990 G-ELDI BMA. SAS was chosen to repaint this ex AUA DC-9 at their Koksa Hangar at Fornebu, that was responsible for the technical support of large fleet of DC-9s and MD-80s in ths SAS fleet. March 15th 1996 N948VV Valujet. September 24th 1997 N948VV AirTran Airways transformed,. January 1999 rr N948AT. 2003 WFU at Orlando, and in 2004 broken up there. My good friend Odd Einar Lønnve photographed it ouside Hangar 2, before delivery to BMA. This photo was added on 1 April 2025, and has since been viewed 33 times. |
