Built as 42-92712 and delivered to the RCAF serialed 963. Re-numbered 12950 when the system was updated in 1971, this Dakota stayed with the Canadian Air Force until 1990. Sold, converted to a Basler BT-67 (N104BF cn BT-67) and delivered to the Mauritania Air Force in 2000 to become 5T-MAH.
