Began build as an FB.40, A52-19, but converted at De Havilland Bankstown to a T.Mk.43 and re-serialled, A52-1053. Taken on charge August 6, 1946, then into storage at 3 Aircraft depot at Archerfield, QLD. Sold to RNZAF on December 18, 1946, and delivered to Ohakea on April 2,1947. Into storage as NZ2305. Declared surplus, sold in May 1953 and stored on a farm near Marton. In 1967 the derelict aircraft was donated to MOTAT in terrible condition. Restoration continued for a number of years. By 2007 the aircraft was generally complete but spent some months outside until back inside in 2009.

Built by Mitsubishi July 1943 (approx). Examined in September 1945, at the Kara Airstrip, Bougainville, it had been repainted overall white with green crosses as required under surrender terms and displaying identification numbers 2-182. Flown to Piva airstrip at Bougainville. Shipped to RNZAF Hobsonville in mid-October and allotted serial no. NZ6000. Barely surviving storage, moved to the museum in December 1959. Partially disassembled in 1985, it was discovered that NZ6000 was a composite airframe made up from at least 8 other airframes. 1997 restoration revealed original JNAF paint scheme.

Ordered 19 April 1944. Built at Castle Bromwich, in August 1945. In March 1946 issued to No. 501 Squadron (County of Gloucester), Royal Auxiliary Air Force, Filton. In 1951 placed in storage at Cosford. In 1953 transferred to Lyneham. Later that year, to No. 3 CAACU Exeter, where it was painted silver and coded '43'. In August 1955, transferred to No. 33 Maintenance Unit. Wingtips, guns, and sight were refitted and recorded as TE 425, and used in the war film "Reach for the Sky." Transferred to No. 47 Maintenance Unit, Sealand, in preparation for dispatch to New Zealand. To museum in 1956.

Cliff Tait flew ZK-CXU, "Miss Jacy" on a record-breaking flight starting in Hamilton, New Zealand, circumnavigating the globe between May and August 1969. Beside it, is an example of the even smaller Mignet Pou de Ciels or more commonly known as the "Flying Flea. This example was registered in 1936 but apparently never flew.

Busy ground servicing on 9V-SKJ (one of two A380 aircraft that had special markings applied to celebrate Singapore's 50th anniversary in August the year before) after arriving in from Singapore.

The Andrews A1 was a half-scale version of a proposed agricultural aircraft, the Andrews A2. That was not built when it became apparent the Fletcher FU-24 would be the dominant ag aircraft in NZ. NZ1821 with the white fern roundel. It was short-lived and replaced with a silver fern frond because the silver fern is a symbol of New Zealand. The contrast between the red and silver was poor and eventually the RNZAF bowed to the inevitable and adopted the globally recognised symbol of NZ, the kiwi, for its roundels.
