'Rehearsal of the Royal Air Force Display at Hendon.' This early Heyford served with No 99 Squadron, appropriately, at Upper Heyford. K3497 crashed one week later on 6 July 1934, hitting a hedge when returning to base after a night exercise. Sgt Plt George Robinson lost his life. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
