Brand new on its way to Japan. The N12B registration looks innocent enough, but it is a dealer's ferry registration. The CAA/FAA allowed and issued one registration for a group of new planes on a ferry flight. In this case all four A-45s in this photo have the registration N12B, and a fifth aircraft with the same reg was also present.

This very rare photo is the only example that I was ever able to get of the little known dealer's ferry registrations. The CAA/FAA allowed and issued one registration for a group of new planes on a ferry flight. In this case there were five A-45s with the registration N12B, all on their way to Japan on delivery.
