This registration was cancelled on 20th December 1988 when the aircraft was transferred to the Canadian marks C-FDFC. It returned to the UK in 1994 but sadly, on 18th June 1996, on its way to an appearance at the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford, the aircraft crashed on departure from Enstone Airfield in Oxfordshire and was written off.
