Ex N4903, built in 1958 and previously operated by Northern Consolidated Airlines, Wien Alaska, Emerald Airlines, Pacific Alaska and Polar International. Bought by Med Air International in April 1995 and leased to LASA but never entered service.

El Salvador has operated many UH-1s over the years. Ex 66-1029, this is one of four unarmed aircraft delivered in May 1984 as part of a US military aid program, specifically for use in the MEDEVAC role. Painted in this civilian style scheme following the end of the civil war in 1992, it was withdrawn from use in the early 2000s and placed into storage with many other UH-1s at Ilopango.
