This 1971 An-12B was delivered as CCCP-11102 to AFL/Magadan-GDX and served through the years Magadan Avia (as RA-11102), British Gulf International (S9-BOS and this EX-163). It then served South Airlines (EK-11102), Taron Avia (EK-12704), Asia Airways (EY-406) and Allied Serv. Ltd (again as EY-406). With the latter, the An-12B sadly crashed during its take-off from Juba (South Sudan) on 4 November 2015 while en-route to Paloich (South Sudan) when it failed to gain height. The aircraft smashed against a small hill. Fifteen of the seventeen on board were killed along with about 25 on the ground.

This Chinook was delivered to the US Army as CH-47C with serial 70-15033 and accepted on 16 December 1971). It was converted to CH-47D with serial 91-00232 and redelivered on 31 October 1991. It was last reported as stored at Middletown-Summit Airport (DE) with Summit Aviation (DE) in February 2016.

This Chinook was delivered to the USArmy as CH-47A with serial 66-00101 and accepted on 9 September 1966. It was converted to CH-47D with serial 85-24348 and redelivered on 27 May 1986. The helicopter then served A/2-159th AVN from April 1994 to October 1997 and was transferred to C/159th AVN on 16 October 1997 up to June 2003. Fro 2006, the CH-47D appeared in Afghanistan where it was sadly lost in an accident on 1 July 2010. It was reported that the accident was not related to enemy fire, no further details known.

This Chinook was delivered to the US Army as CH-47A with serial 63-07914 and accepted on 31 August 1964. The helicopter was converted to CH-47D with serial 87-00104 and redelivered on 30 July 1988. The helicopter was withdrawn from use by 2016 and eventually dumped at Middletown-Sum with Summit Aviation (DE).

This Black Hawk caught fire during pre-flight checks at Fort Wainwright (AK) on 19 April 2008. All four crew members escaped unhurt, but the helicopter was completely destroyed. Here is it seen in better shape when it served a Medical Evacuation unit from Kandahar.

This Chinook was delivered to the US Army as CH-47A with serial 61-02424 on 30 July 1963. The transport helicopter was converted to CH-47D with serial 87-00070 and redelive4rd to the US Army on 23 November 1987. Here it was seen deployed with the 3-158th AVN to Afghanistan.

The great thing of picturing deployed aircraft is often that very nice weathering and dust over the airframes, like this worn Chinook in Kandahar. This Chinook was once delivered to the US Army as CH-47C 85-24736. The helicopter was accepted on 9 August 1985). It was converted to CH-47D 92-00281 and redelivered on 15 December 1992. The helicopter was withdrawn from use in 2015 and eventually dumped at Middletown-Sum with Summit Aviation (DE).

Once Canadian Air Force CH-147 with serial 147006 (c/n B729/G003). The Chinook was sold to the Netherlands and converted by Boeing to CH-47D from 1994, it received a new US serial 93-0664 and conversion number M3664 and company number B729. The helicopter was delivered to the KLu on 29 December 1995. This Chinook deployed with the Dutch 1(NL) Air Task Force to Kandahar in 2006.

This Chinook was delivered as CH-47A with serial 61-02423. The helicopter was accepted on 30 June 1963 by the US Army. It was converted to CH-47D and received a new serial 91-00270. After conversion it was redelivered on 15 December 1992. It is here seen during its deployment to Afghanistan. The helicopter was sold as N166CN on 29 January 2016 and is now owned and used by by UC Helitanker, joint vernture of UNICAL and Coulson that offers commercial CH-47 Chinook and UH-60 Black Hawk aerial work and firefighting services.
