This is actually PR451 with the Royal Canadian Navy June 1, 1946 to May 25, 1949 and was donated to the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology around 1950. The aircraft was displayed as photographed at HMCS Tecumseh in Calgary from 1961 - 1984. Transferred to the Calgary Aerospace museum for restoration (along with the Banshee behind and a Sea Fury) during 1984 - 85. All three aircraft are now displayed at the Military Museums of Calgary in the Naval section. The Seafire is now coded VG-AA-N.
