Operating with the Fuerza Aerea Argentina from 1975 till 1997, this S-61 was latterly used for presidential duties, changing identity from H-01 to H-02, after service in camouflage as a SAR helicopter with serial BSH-72

This appropriately registered helicopter operated a shuttle service between London Gatwick and Heathrow airports. The service was a joint venture between the British Airports Authority and the supposed competitors, British Airways and British Caledonian.

The LIMA airshow opened with a mock airfield attack, and two S-61 Nuris were awaiting their part in an adjacent field. I was lucky to be passing by on my bicycle, and catch this moment.

The USCG operated 40 HH-3 Pelicans between 1968 and 1994. This one, at the time based at Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen on Puerto Rico, was withdrawn and placed in store at AMARC in 1993
