Despite being officially based at Tisdale/SK this Van's RV-7A has been operating out of nearby Qualicum Beach since last year (snow bird?). The warbird paint scheme is a faithful reproduction of that worn by RCAF P-51D serial 9273. (On the cowling it carries small Hope Air titles which refers to a volunteer patient transfer service.)
