The South African Air Force purchased 12 used Caravans. 3010 was delivered 9 October 1989 and entered service with 41 Sqd as ZS-MLP. The Caravan fleet was given military serials after the 1994 elections but retained their civilian colour schemes. With the unification of all armed forces into the South African National Defence Force, the Caravans were given a more unified military look with national insignia and squadron markings. This airframe was completed with parts from the scrapped Luftwaffe G91 3153 and initially preserved in Sontheim, 100km (64mi) to the southwest of its present location. The collector here in Schwabach has added a shield with an illustrated short history of the 'Gina' in German service to its display.

One of several Sabre MK IV a/c in storage at San Pedro Sula in 1984. The First Tactical Group of the Honduran Air Force operated them, but by 1984 they had been replaced with the Cessna A-37B. This Sabre was operated by the RAF as XB697, transferred to the Yugoslavian AF as 11059, and in 1976 transferred to the Honduran AF.

In service this G-91 also carried the serials; BD-103, EC-103, ER-103, and BD-264. It is now on display in the Gewerbegebiet (industrial estate) Falbenholz.

Ex ZS-MLP, Operated by 41 Sqdn at Waterkloof. Written off 24th February 1996 when a wing hit high terrain on a flight from Margate Airport (MGH/FAMG).

The UAEAF trained their F-16 pilots with the 162nd Fighter Wing / 148th Fighter squadron from Tucson International Airport (AZ). In 2004, Lockheed Martin delivered to Tucson the first UAE-purchased F-16E/F Desert Falcon Block 60s. On 20 October 2010, the last Desert Falcons departed Tucson for the UAE. Some F-16s flew with US-style serials from Tucson, like these 00-3008 and 00-3010, both AZ coded and furnished with the standard 162nd FW fin tips colors.
