Displayed in fake USAF Thunderbirds colours. After the Octave Chanute Aerospace Museum closed in 2015 the exhibits were dispersed and this aircraft is now displayed at the Frost Science Museum, Miami, FL.

When this slide was taken Chanute AFB was still active. This aircraft was used as a ground instructional trainer, and when the AFB closed in 1993 it was transferred to the Octave Chanute Aerospace Museum. The museum painted it as a T-38 flown by the USAF Thunderbirds. When the museum closed in 2015 it was transferred to the Frost Museum of Science in Miami, Florida.
