At the time of this photograph, the machine was still an IAR-99 Standard. Later, it was upgraded to IAR-99C Soim. In that shape, it is still active with Baza 95 Aeriana.

Designated U-206H in Uruguay military service, ten of these were ordered with Cessna Textron and newly delivered to the air force.

A former Israeli Ouragan, ex IDF 70, preserved in the Museo Nacional de Aviacion in Ilopango, San Salvador, El Salvador. The aircraft was delivered to El Salvador in February 1975 and found retired in 1997.

713 first flew on April 2, 1936 and entered service in May 1936. In May 1940 the aircraft was based at Bergen and was the first aircraft to attack Valkenburg on May 10. The aircraft made 4 wartime flights. On May 14, 1940 it made a flight to Ruigenhoek and was set on fire by friendlies. 704 first flew on February 28, 1936 and entered service sometime in 1936. In May 1940 it was parked in hangar 4 at Bergen for revision, when it was destroyed during a bombing. For info on 707 see my other photo.

Ex USAF 49-1713. Has been at the museum since at least 1963.

Still with the communist-era nationality marking

A 1963 MiG-21F-13 withdrawn from use at Jagdgeschwader 3 homebase Preschen. The aircraft was struck off charge on 23 October 1985 and was still in quite good condition some five years later. The MiG was transferred to JG3 Tarntechnik, scheinbares DHS, praktisch Attrappen and later, from June 2000, in use as instructional airframe at Lehnin.
