This Hoplite was damaged beyond repair in July 1988 when flying at low-level over the Seč dam reservoir and a rotor blade hit the water. The helicopter crashed and unfortunately one crewman was killed. The fuselage and tail boom (unskinned to the right) are awaiting restoration at this super museum at Vyškov.
