Became B-KAA which was broken up in January 2015 at Victorville

From the era when Singapore Airlines named their airplanes. The 747-300 with it's stretched upper deck was known as Big Top. Delivered March 20, 1987 and finally retired in January 1999, 9V-SKP was stored at Singapore. Bought by Dragonair in March 2001, the aircraft was converted to a freighter and flew until May 2008. Stored at Victorville, CA, it was broken up in 2015.

Pictured taxying out for departure home to Singapore. This BigTop was delivered just four months previously and served with the airline until it was stored at SIN in January 1999. In September 2001 it was converted to a freighter and flew with Dragonair as B-KAA until it was withdrawn from use in May 2008, ferried to Victorville (VCV) and subsequently scrapped.
