70 years old here and going strong. AVO, with its half lower case registration, started out as 44-77846 with the USAAF and became civil with Capitol Airways in 1961 as N9891Z. Was leased to Lufthansa as such for five years, hence the crane that is still on the nose. To Canada in 1988 for Air Manitoba and with Buffalo since 1995. Seriously damaged during taxi in 2005 but rebuilt and meanwhile still active at 75.
