First flew 24 May 1958. Registered G-AOYS 20 December 1956 to British European Airways, to whom it was delivered 13 June 1958. To Cambrian Airways -1 October 1971, to British Airways 31 July 1973 due to corporate merger. Sold to British Air Ferries (BAF) 20 May 1981, leased to Air Algérie June-September 1981. To Panavia Air Cargo January 1984 but leased back to BAF in cargo configuration. Withdrawn from use at Southend January 1985 and stored there until parted out and scrapped the following month. Cancelled 30 November 1988 as PWFU.
