Built in 1957 as WF415 and here in use by Smiths Aviation for instrument test flights. On 27 March 1963 it famously crashed onto the roof of a house after overshoot from Staverton (EGBJ) during single-engine approach training. The live engine was cut instead of restarting the dead engine. Sadly both crew members lost their lives.
