This 748 was the prototype for the military Andover, converted from c/n 1534 on 12 Dec 1963. It first flew on 21 Dec 1963. Was withdrawn from use 16 Jun 1965 and stored at Woodford. To the Apprentice School Woodford Jan 1968 for instructional use. It was still at Woodford in 1980, and was then transported to the dump at RAF Benson in Mar 1981. It was allocated British military maintenance serial 8669M. Broken up in 1990-1991.
