David Lockspeiser's utility concept, the Land Development Aircraft. G-AVOR was a 70% scale prototype of the intended production aircraft. It was first registered in June 1967 and made its first flight on 24th August 1971. Wearing show code "239". The starboard side was painted in this civil scheme and the port side in a pseudo-military camouflage scheme with "ARMY" titles (see #767554). To G-UTIL in 1986 and cancelled the following year. No further examples were built.
