Registered as N1841J then PH-NLV in 1968 then G-BCDJ in 1974. Damaged beyond repair when it force landed in a field at Knighton near Redditch, Worcestershire after a fuel leak caught fire in 2011.

Written off following emergency landing and fire at Knighton Farm, Alcester, Worcestershire on 13 Jan 2011. A fuel leak developed in flight and the pilot was attempting a precautionary landing but hit a fence at which point the leaking fuel ignited. The pilot managed to get out of the aircraft with minor injuries. The fire was extinguished when a cockpit fire extinguisher exploded but the aircraft was a constructive write off due to severe internal fire damage.
