Owned by Field Aircraft Services ex Ghana Airways 9G-AAW. It went to Skyline Sweden August 1976 as SE-FOZ. Crashed and w/o on approach to Stockholm Bromma 15 January 1977 due to icing. This was caused by the number 2 and number 3 engines running too long at reduced power (during the descent) and rendering the temperature of the anti ice system too low to be effective.

This aircraft was the former 9G-AAW of Ghana Airways and is in their basic livery with the titles painted out. The aircraft was to go to Mandala as PK-RVO but the marks were not taken up. It then became SE-FOZ and crashed into a car park on 15th January 1977 due to icing problems whilst on appraoch to Stockholm-Bromma.
