Delivered to Balair in June 1965 it was sold to NLM Cityhopper as PH-KFD in March 1972. It went on to fly for KLM Cityhopper when that airline was formed in the merger of NLM Cityhopper and Netherlines, but by May 1991 it had been withdrawn from use and stored at Woensdrecht. In December 1993 it was sold to Sudamericana de Aviacion as LV-WEL, but had been withdrawn from use by December 1996 and reportedly broken up at Ezeiza International Airport, Buenos Aires, in October 2003.
