Built as N4107B and delivered to the Cuerpo de Aviación Militar Dominicana as FAD1504 in December 1952. Later civilianised for a time as HI-27 with Compañía Dominicana de Aviación, it returned to the military as FAD1507 and was used as a personal transport by President Trujillo. Registered as HI-27 again in 1976 and later, once again returned to military use. Withdrawn by 2006, it is now displayed at San Isidro Air Base as FAD-HI27.
