Delivered on 17 June 2010, for training with the Jamaican Military Aviation School, later Caribbean Military Aviation School at Kingston-Norman Manley. It was damaged on 9 June 2021 and sold to N101TL on 18 July 2023. The type was replaced by the Bell 505.
