Thus Super Lynx was once known as G-17-12 and G-BFDU and was delivered as N-3021 to HA-1 in 1995. It returned to Yeovil (UK) for conversion to Mk21A in late 1996. Made it first flight as such (and test serial ZH974) on 11 December 1997. De helicopter was redelivered to the Marina do Brazil in late April 1998. Its career continued with HA-1 and the Super Lynx was reported as stored awaiting overhaul at São Pedro da Aldeia in October 2015.
