Delivered to Western Air Lines as L-188A N7142C in 1961. Converted to an L-188A(PF) in 1968. To Pacific Western Airlines as CF-ZST in 1971. Sold as N417MA then to Inair Panama as HP-684 in 1976, Aeronaves Del Peru as OB-R1138 in 1977 and to Hawaiian Airlines as N417MA in 1978. Reregistered as N342HA in 1979 then to Zantop International Airlines in 1980 and Fred Olsen as LN-FON in 1994. Last flight to Coventry, UK in 1997. Registered to Atlantic Air Transport as G-LOFF in 2001. Reg never applied and used for parts. Scrapped in 2008.
