Delivered to the USAAF as C-54D 42-72496 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-3 56493 in 1945. Redesignated as a C-54Q in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C089 in 1971. To Biegert Aviation as N44910 in 1975 and converted to a sprayer, spray bars are visible above the wing. Stored at Chandler-Gila River Memorial for many years. To Brooks Fuel in 1997 and used for parts. Remains still there in 2019.

Stored from early 1980's. Acquired by Brooks Fuel for spares 1997, remained at Chandler for part out, becoming derelict.

This aircraft was still at Memorial Field upto at least 2017, regrettably it had become derelict and vandalised.

Former Biegert Aviation aircraft abandoned and missing its rear fuselage. Still parked at the field in 2018 covered with graffiti.

One of five DC-4's stored at the airport in 2000. A very large and unfriendly dog guarded four of these aircraft making photography a very nervous endeavor!
