This is an early 737 delivered to Western Airlines July 22, 1968. Pictured in a hybrid color scheme just after the merger of Western and Delta Airlines in April 1987, the airliner would next go to the restructured Braniff Inc in November 1987. As that airline floundered financially again, the aircraft was returned to the lessor (Polaris Aviation) in February 1990. Stored at Mojave, CA, it was broken up in August 1993.

Delivered new 22nd July 1968 and merged into Delta Airlines Apr 1987. Transferred to Braniff 30th Nov 1987 and withdrawn from use KMHV (Mojave) Feb 1990, scrapped Aug 1993
