This AL-60 was registered in Canada as C-GKDC during 2004 - 16 before returning to the USA to wear it's previous registration. This school bus themed color scheme carries the Sesame Street TV characters in the "windows" on the right and characters from the comic strip "Peanuts" by Charles Schulz on the left.

Originally developed by Lockheed, the AL402 design was manufactured in small numbers in Mexico and Argentina (LASA-60) due to production costs. The design was later licensed to Aermacchi (and further developed) and South Africa's Atlas Aviation (building the CM4 Kudu). Some 180 aircraft were manufactured 1960-79. This particular 1967 AL-60F-5 Trojan was in Canada as C-GKDC for the period of 2004 - 16 before returning to the USA as N96038 again. It is current on the US registry at the time of uploading.
