At Penfield for maintenance. The text under the starboard wing reads "BORTHWICKS - 3HA / SHARK PATROL". Originally registered with the 'trade plate' N9281X, it was re-registered in Australia new to dealer Rex Aviation in Sydney on 28 March 1962. From there it was sold in New Guinea, returning later to Melbourne Cessna dealer Schutt Aircraft, from whom the Mid Murray Aero Club at Swan Hill acquired it in July 1965. Still registered as of October 2018 to an owner in Launceston, Tasmania.
