Impersonating KLM's PH-TGA, which participated in the 1953 London to Christchurch Air Race carrying a load of brides.

Magnificent Air Atlantique DC-6 flown in period KLM colours.

Air Atlantique painted their airworthy DC-6 G-APSA in full KLM colours. This was done in the summer of 2007 at the KLM maitnenance facility in Amsterdam. This was done especially for the film "Bride Flight". In September of that year a large Propliner airshow was organized at Hamburg Internation Airport. The airlines DC-3 G-AMPY and DC-6 G-APSA arrived around the same time in Northern Germany, allowing this Air-to-Air shot over the streets of Hamburg.

It's not every day that you see a DC-2 (right), DC-3 (centre) and DC-4 (left) together, from a DC-6 cockpit!

Wearing race number 21 on rear fuselage. Carrying a group of Immigrants, this aircraft won the transport section of the London to Christchurch Air Race. On display in the unfinished airport central area. Served KLM from new in July 1953 until sale in May 1960.
