Ca.9/87: Destroyed by tornado on airport ramp in Sherman, Texas waiting for repainting.

Delivered to the USAAF as C-49K 43-1997 in 1942. To Delta as NC20751 in 1945, N20751 after 1948. To other operators after 1963. To N207U in 1966 and to the Venezuela Air Force in 1970.

Ordered by Eastern Airlines, but diverted to the US Army Air Force as 43-2007, this DC-3 was with TWA May 1944 - February 1951. The airliner is pictured with Crystal Shamrock who operated it May 1974 - November 1986. The aircraft was destroyed by a tornado while being prepared for new paint in Sherman, TX on August 12 1989.

Built for TWA as NC34973 in June 1942 but not delivered. Impressed by USAAF as C-49K 43-1995 serving until sold to Eastern as N15773 in 1945. Operated by Central Cargo from May 1969 until withdrawn in 1975.
