Here with their first Boeing 737-800BCF converted from an old member of the Copa Airlines family (Ex HP-1522CMP), taking off for Tocumen as WWP997 during a cloudy morning. A curious data. This same B737, when it was operated by Copa Airlines, was the protagonist of the last incident that occurred at the old Mariscal Sucre Airport. This aircraft overshot the runway 17 threshold a few meters during the rainy afternoon of November 29, 2012, just months before the closure of this airport.
