Three in a row! First Air retired its 748s and these three were found parked neatly in a row next to the apron, headed by C-GDUL.

Linea Aeropostal Venezolana took delivery of this HS-748 May 21, 1965. Sold to Austin Airways as C-GDOV in 1980, it flew with several regional airlines in Quebec until bought by First Air in October 1984. Sadly, the aircraft crashed on a night departure from Dayton, OH in poor weather January 12, 1988.

Delivered new to LAV in 1965 as YV-C-AMO then imported by Austin Airways in 1982. Here at the end of the road with engines, landing gear and other useful parts removed. Behind is C-GOUT in a similar condition.

Delivered to Linea Aeropostal Venezolana as YV-C-AME in 1965. Reregistered as YV-04C in 1975. To Regionair as C-GDUI in 1982, merged into Quebecair in 1984 then to Bradley Air Services in 1987. Withdrawn from use at Carp by 1990 and scrapped in 1991.
