An early Twin Otter that was first delivered to Midwest Aviation on January 31, 1967. After the airline merged with Transair, the aircraft was sold to Calm Air in November 1973. Sold to and leased back from Bannock Aerospace in April 1974, it was returned to the lessor in March 1981. The aircraft was destroyed in a hangar fire at Calgary, AB May 14, 1983.

Here parked outside the CAE Aircraft hangar, one of several that came to get a mandatory emergency inspection done around this time. On 14 May 1983 it was damaged beyond repair in a hangar fire at Calgary.
