When photographed the aircraft was stored in the Basler back lot awaiting BT-67 conversion. In 2017 it emerged from Basler's hangars as BT-67 Turbo-67 c/n 64 N167BT but was later re-registered N131PR. On 21st December 2023 it came back on the Canadian register as C-FDXQ for ALCI Aviation, and was recently tracked flying out of Troll Research Station in Antarctica.

World War II 42-93431 went to the Royal Canadian Air Force (970 and 12954) in 1945. Sold in 1971 to become CF-OOW, it was stored at Oshawa airport sometime after 2005. Sold to Basler Turbo Conversions in 2012, the aircraft become BT-67 number 64 in 2017.

Later converted to BT-67.

This BT-67, ex-C-47A, worked the Riverside pattern late this afternoon. Of note is the addition of what looks like a FLIR turret under the nose.
