First flew as JA8681 then delivered to Cruzeiro do Sul as PP-CTB in 1967. Returned to NAMC as JA8681 in 1968 then to Korean Air Lines as HL5207 in 1969 and Philippine Air Lines as RP-C1415 in 1974. To Pinehurst Airlines as N112PH in 1981 then to Trans Central Airlines as N902TC in 1983 and to Simmons Airlines in 1984 who operated it for American Eagle. Stored at Tucson in 1986. Broken up for parts in 1990.

This well traveled YS-11 was originally delivered to Cruzeiro do Sul as PP-CTB. Later with Korean Air as HL5207 1969 - 74 and Philippine Airlines as RP-C1415 1974 - 81 before bought by Pinehurst Airlines. To Trans-Central Airlines and Simmons Airlines as N902TC 1983 and 1984 - 90 respectively, it was last with ABX Air, most probably used for parts. The aircraft's registration was cancelled in 1994

Ex Simmons Airlines (operated in American Eagle cols) and Trans Central Airlines before that. It was reported as sold to Airborne Express in May 1990. However, it was probably used as a source of spares.
