From 1977 served a number of Alaska operators, in Ketchikan and Juneau, as N127WA. Became N67689 with Northwest Seaplanes Inc of Renton, WA in 1994. Transferred to Air Rainbow Mid Coast at Campbell River, BC in 1998 as C-GCYX. Returned to Northwest Seaplanes again in 2002, reverting to N67689
