Moored in Campbell River's inner harbour. Taken on charge new by the US Army in 1958 as 57-2576. Became N127WA around 1977, initially with Webber Airlines of Ketchikan, AK. Later moved south from Alaska to join Northwest Seaplanes at Renton, WA being re-registered as N67689 in 1994. Became C-GCYX of Air Rainbow Mid-Coast at Campbell River, BC in 1998, transferring locally to Corilair Charters in late 2001.
