Taxiing out from the seaplane docks in Campbell River's Inner Harbour, passing the tip of Tyee Spit and heading for an open water departure. Taken on charge new by the US Army in 1958 as 57-2576. From 1977 served a number of Alaska operators, in Ketchikan and Juneau, as N127WA. Became N67689 with Northwest Seaplanes Inc of Renton, WA in 1994. Transferred to Air Rainbow Mid Coast at Campbell River, BC in 1998 as C-GCYX. Returned to Northwest Seaplanes again in 2002, reverting to N67689

Later moved south from Alaska to join Northwest Seaplanes at Renton, WA being re-registered as N67689 in 1994. Became C-GCYX of Air Rainbow Mid-Coast at Campbell River, BC in 1998, transferring locally to Corilair Charters in late 2001. Returned to Northwest Seaplanes at Renton in mid-2002, reverting to N67689
