Another photo of this oddball transport He 111 with radial engines. It seems to have served with Lufthansa earlier as D-ACBS Augsburg. Flugzeugführerschule B 34 used CE-NX as a blind flying trainer. The school flew a variety of aircraft, including, presumably, the Ju 86 seen on the right. The unit was based in Copenhagen between 1941 and 1945 but Schwerin - Görries was one of its satellite airfields. This was the Fokker factory airfield during WWI. Photo from: Jürgen Gerner

Aircraft of Flugzeugführerschule B 34, an instrument flying school based at Kastrup. The photographer was an instructor with this unit. The He 111G was the last civilian variant of the He 111 and CE-NX has BMW 132H radial engines. This airframe was upgraded from a He 111B-0 and its original c/n is 1436. Perhaps a new construction number was allocated upon conversion as c/n 323 and 1884 are also mentioned. Photo by: Josef Rotty / National Museum of Denmark
