The second Convair 580 to wear these marks, the first (c/n168) being registered to Kelowna Flightcraft between October 1983 and May 1989. This aircraft was bought by Kelowna in October 1990 and was also used by Canair Cargo, Trans Provincial Airlines and Air BC before joining Nolinor in November 2005. Written off after suffering a nosewheel collapse at Kasba Lake airstrip, Manitoba (YDU) on 3rd August 2011.

A Convair 440 built for Varig, but not taken up but was instead delivered to Venezuela for Avensa in 1956. Converted to a 580 in 1969, the aircraft sold to Plymouth Leasing in 1979. Leased as N589PL to Air New England, Sierra Pacific Airlines and Prinair over the next ten years, it was bought by Kelowna Flightcraft with the re-used registration C-GKFP in 1990. Pictured flying seasonally for Wollaston Lake Lodge, the aircraft was sold to Nolinor Aviation in 2005. On August 3, 2011 the nose gear collapsed landing at Kasba Lake Airport, NT , damaging the aircraft beyond repair.

Kelowna Flightcraft eventually turned this into a cream puff, but at this date it was ugly.

In August 2011, C-GKFP sustained severe damage in a landing accident when the nose gear collapsed upon landing on a very poor runway. The aircraft was written off.

Built in 1957 as a Convair 440 PP-AQF. Converted to Convair 580 with Allison turboprops in 04.69. N589PL from 04.80 until bought by Kelowna as C-GKFP in 04.90.

First delivered as a piston Convair to AVENSA in 1957 and converted to turboprop while still owned by the Venezuelan carrier in 4.69. Sold in the US 11.79 and after various leases, to Kelowna as C-GKFP in 4.90. To Nolinor in 11.05 and current, looking very smart in their colours
