Imperial Oil Limited's Gulfstream II was previously operated by Philips Electrical 1970 - 72 as PH-FJP. After 1989, the aircraft had registrations N99HH until 1995 in the USA and HP-1A (and HP-1691) with the Panamanian government. It was registered N892QM in 2020.

Philips operated a range of corporate aircraft over the years but this early GII was only with them from Feb 1970 to Dec 1971 when sold to Canada, then going on to the USA and eventually the Panama Govt with whom it flew as HP-1A (reg previously used on a Falcon 20), having been converted to SP standard complete with winglets. Re-re HP-1691 and for sale at Fort Pierce, FL in 2014.
