Originally OE-LCO from April 1965, to Euralair as F-BSEL (my photo #738937) and Air Martinique in February 1980 as F-OGJE (my photo #20371). Leased to Aerocesar Colombia in March 1981. Sold for lease to LAS - Líneas Aéreas Suramericanas in January 1987. Wfu 1992, stored at Panama City - Tocumen from December 1993 and scrapped after 1994

Little did I know when I photographed this Caravelle at my then-home airport of Southend, I'd be seeing it again as F-OGJE in Trinidad the next year (#20371) and then a couple of years later as HK-2598X in Bogotá (#20781)

scan from the NK collection. - Austrian Airlines operated five Caravelles; this one here joined the fleet in April 1965 and was sold to Euralair as F-BSEL in November 1971. The airframe was last noted in storage at Panama City; its final operator was Lineas Aereas Suramericanas.

Slide taken by the late Norbert Kröpfl. - Euralair operated three Caravelles, all of them were ex-Austrian aircraft. Eventually, this one flew freight services for L A Suramericanas as HK-2598X; in 1994 it was seen in storage at Panama City, earmarked for scrapping.

Having photographed her two years earlier in the marks of Air Martinique, this was one of five Caravelles shot on my first visit to Bogotá. Went on to Lineas Aereas Suramericanas and like sister-ship HK-2597X, ended up in storage at Panama City/Tocumen in 12.93, where she was scrapped by the mid-Nineties

This was one of a pair of Caravelles briefly operated by Air Martinique after being picked up from Euralair in 1980; both were originally Austrian Airlines aircraft, and both were sold to TAC Colombia in 3.81 (company renamed Aerocesar next year)
