American Airlines added thirty BAC 111s for short to medium haul routes in 1966 (allowing them to retire the last of their DC-6s). N5034 was in the fleet July 1966 - July 1977 and would next be operated by TAG International (VR-BHS). The aircraft was acquired by De Howard Corp in February 1988 and registered N333GB. It would be the second (and last) Rolls-Royce Tay powered One Eleven conversion. It last flew in 1992 and was broken up at San Antonio, TX in 1998.

Dee Howard converted two BAC 111s into Rolls-Royce Tay-powered versions. N333GB was the second one, and the aircraft is seen here in storage after the project was terminated. The BAC 111 was finally broken up in 1998.

Delivered to American Airlines as N5034 in 1966. To National Aircraft Leasing in 1975 then to TAG Aircraft Services in 1977. To Air Hamilton/Air St.George as VR-BHS in 1983. Renamed Air Hamilton in 1984. To HM Holdings as as N333GB in 1986 then to HM industries in 1988. Converted to series 2400 in 1989/90. Project abandoned and scrapped at San Antonio, TX in 1990.
