Delivered to TAROM after this appearance at the 1983 Paris show and leased to Ryanair for three years from November 1986 as EI-BSS and again in 1990, 1992 & 1993. Also leased to Aero Asia winter 1993/94, summer 1994 and 1995. To EAS Airlines as 5N-ESD in March 1999, wfu and stored at Lagos from May 2002 and later scrapped. Shown at the 1983 Paris Air Show with "Manufactured by Intreprinderea de Avioanes Bucaresti - Romania" titles.

Pictured on stand at T2. This frame was eventually delivered in March 1999 to EAS Airlines as 5N-ESD. It was grounded in September 2002 by the Nigerian authorities following the crash of another 1-11. It was stored at Lagos and eventually scrapped.
